P.W. Feats Production Designer’s Chair Selected by Design Within Reac h
BALTIMORE, MD (February 26, 2007) Danielle Nekimken, a production designer at P.W. Feats, Inc., submitted one of 36 entries selected from over 1,000 for Design Within Reach’s Annual Champagne Chair Contest. The Veuve Clicquot-sponsored contest dared entrants to create a miniature chair using any part of two champagne bottles, minus the glass. Armed with those materials, Danielle created the “I Propose a Toast” chair with a pat-o-butter pillow. Danielle’s chair will be part of a 16 city nationwide studio tour starting this March.
P.W. Feats Honored with Creative Advertising Award
BALTIMORE, MD (April 20, 2006) - P.W. Feats, Inc. was honored with an ADDY Award recognizing creativity among advertising and communications firms. The company won a Silver ADDY for its holiday party parking pass. The awards ceremony was held at the Brown Center on the campus of the Maryland Institute College of Art and was attended by nearly 400 members and guests.
P.W. Feats Recognized for Top Table Design
BALTIMORE, MD (April 10, 2006) – P.W. Feats, Inc. was honored with the “Most Artistic Table” award at The Family Tree’s 15th Annual Great Chefs' Dinner, held to support the non-profit’s child abuse prevention programs.
P.W. Feats received the top award out of more than 30 individually designed tables. With an overall theme of Brokeback Mountain, Feats Designer Andrew Zill encompassed various aspects of the movie at each place
setting, down to the smallest of details.
P.W. Feats Table Design Featured in Bridal Magazine
BALTIMORE, MD (January 2006) - A table created by P.W. Feats designer Andrew Zill was recently featured in Baltimore Magazine's Bride issue. In ethereal white with accents in chartreuse and chocolate brown, the table featured a floating acrylic top, which gave the illusion of a floating table. The design showcased items from local vendors throughout Maryland.
P.W. Feats Executives Speak at Industry Conference
DALLAS, TX (January 11, 2006) - Paul Wolman, CEO, and Sandy Pagnotti, Vice President of Event Management, recently presented an event education seminar at the annual Special Event Conference in Dallas.
The fast-paced, interactive session, which also featured P.W. Feats client Ruth Beebe of Johns Hopkins University, was geared to higher-education attendees and provided unique ideas and tried-and-true strategies to enhance development events.
